Following the splendour of last year's ceremony in the heart of Hollywood, this year The Razzies returned to Santa Monica to award Golden Raspberry awards to the worst of film in 2000. While the ceremony was short, it wasn't any less merciless since favored nominee John Travolta and his pet projectBattlefield Earth swept most of the categories. Travolta, who didn't hesitate to compare his work to 2001 and Blade Runner and is already thinking of a sequel, did not honor us with his presence. But in pure Razzie spirit, his golden statuette was accepted by his B.E. action figure.
