Let's be frank, as the Brits would say, Incognito isn't my cup of tea, as I'm never been a fan of soul and acid jazz. However, if you're a fan of music or a musician, when something is good, whether it's your taste or not, there are a lot of chances that you will enjoy it.

This is the case with Incognito's Bees + Things + Flowers, an album built on smooth vibes, sexy melodies and strong production values, led by a series of soulful female vocalists.

Opener "Everybody loves the sunshine" certainly puts you in a great mood, which is maintained until the end of the album. The album even has a cool retro feel, with moments that clearly bring you back to some Dirty Harry moments, while other tracks successfully rely on just vocals and acoustic guitars.

Need some great music to chill to? Now is the time to shelve your Buddha bar collection and get your dose of bees, things and flowers.
